Do you do jewellery repairs and ring sizing?

If it is a piece you purchased from Benjamin And The Moon, generally, yes. It’s best to get in touch so I can assess whether I can help or not!

If not I can point you in the right direction.

Where is your shipping information?

How are my goods packaged and how do they look when they arrive?

Depending on the size of the piece you order, all jewellery is packed lovingly in a 100% recycled card box or jewellery pouch, all ready to gift to yourself or another!

When will you respond to my email enquiry?

Please note that this is a very small business and while every endeavour will be made to answer your query as soon as I can, your patience would be appreciated. Please note that I am not always able to answer enquiries on weekends or holidays. Details on dates of closure of business will be featured on my Instagram and Facebook pages.

Can I pay using a bank transfer?

Yes! If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please email your name, address and what you would like to purchase to hello@benjaminandthemoon.com.au and I will email you our bank details and the final amount owing.

Please note that I need to receive the full payment (in AUD) before I am able to ship the goods.

Note that banks process deposits on business days prior to 5pm AEST. Generally I will receive your payment the day following the transfer.

I am unable to ship goods until payment has been received. If payment is not received within 3 business days I will need to cancel your order.
