Description
The pendant area of this necklace is made by the ancient lost wax casting method, by which it is firstly hand formed and carved in wax and embedded into a plaster mould. The wax is then melted out and replaced with precious metal……in this case lots of lovely flowy sterling silver.
It’s set with a pear shaped, checkboard cut purple spinel: representing hope.
The pendant is threaded onto a 1.9mm elongated cable chain, total length 18 inches (around 45cm). The chain is made ethically in the USA. The pendant moves freely along the chain but cannot come off completely.
