finally cleaned up these mitsuro pieces that I had cast yonks ago following a class with @thirdhandjewellerystudio @katesalejewellery 💜
Mitsuro Hikime is an ancient Japanese jewellery making technique- a unique blend of wax that results in a toffee like medium. The result is beautiful lines reminiscent of silk or wood.
I absolutely loved learning about it and can’t wait to experiment more.
