To find your size with a ring you already own, measure the internal diameter of the ring then look up the measurement on the chart below:

To measure your size from scratch:
1 – Take a piece of ribbon or string and wrap it around the your finger, close to the knuckle. Remember your ring needs to fit over your knuckle and that part of your finger is often bigger than where the ring will actually sit.
2 – With a pen carefully mark the spot where the string overlaps and hold the length it up to a ruler, note the size in mm.
3 – Use the chart below to determine your size:
