Description
The charm area of this necklace is made by the ancient lost wax casting method, by which it is firstly hand formed and carved in wax and embedded into a plaster mould. The wax is then melted out and replaced with precious metal……in this case lots of lovely flowy sterling silver. I’ve then added a handmade wire loop.
It’s set with:
1 x white south sea Broome keshi pearl, representing purity
1 x 6mm round facetted pink topaz, representing inspiration
1 x 8x6mm oval facetted blue moon quartz, representing focus and calm
The pendant is threaded onto a 3.2mm elongated cable chain, 50cm total length. It can be worn at any shorter length also, these larger style links allow it to be fully adjustable. The chain is made ethically in the USA and I’ve added a small molten silver charm at the end for fun. The pendant can slide on and off the chain.
