These sterling silver heart pendants are cut out by hand and designed to be split between two. They can also be customised with some special words or numbers of your choice if you wish!
Available in two sizes: Medium (15mm) or Large (20mm) with or without chains (refer to drop down options!)
The piece is handmade and comes beautifully wrapped.
